Tour Description

We offer you a different experience, a full-day tour among nature, organic and genuine local products, traditional tastes and flavours. 

We will spend our gastronomic tour at a local agritourism located in the heart of the Sorrento Coast and take a journey into a millenary heritage of manual skills, flavours, and traditional knowledge.

You will be able to know more about the production of cheese such as mozzarella, caciotta, caciocavallo, and Provolone del Monaco DOP, still made according to the receipts passed down from father to son.

We will participate in the Mozzarella Making Experience to see in real time the transformation of simple milk into mozzarella. It will be a guided tour of the farm and then the show of mozzarella and caciotta production. Then, a tasting of home-made salami and Provolone del Monaco, all served with a good glass of local wine.

The day continues with a Pizza Making Show, during which guests will receive information on how to make the typical Neapolitan pizza.
